Cahokia, Illinois – 3-6-2005
Archway took on a project that demanded detailed preparation to accomplish the task at hand. This 14,000 sq. ft. airplane hangar had an existing coating that had been installed years before. It had been recoated on numerous occasions and now had several delamination issues.
Recoating again was not an option, it had to be removed. Problem being removing without destroying the concrete surface beneath. Archway had to use our large diamond grinders with special tooling to remove this industrial coating and leave a surface that could be easily coated without totally resurfacing which would have been cost prohibitive. Their problem was solved and they now have a hangar floor that looks fantastic. Contact our St Charles office for more information.
